Strongly recommended for those who are watching the waistline. Employing an oriental method of barbecue, these items (chicken, lamb, seafood) are marinated for at least 24 hours in an exotic sauce containing the special blend of herbs and spice and cooked evenly on a skewer in the Clay Oven. Served with salad and mixed vegetable curry sauce.
